  5. Reduce unsafe acts by passengers in transit stations
  6. Improve safety of transit workers
  7. Improve safety for passengers with disabilities
  8. Remove debris from tracks and stations
  9. Improve emergency response procedures
  10. Improve safety data acquisition and analysis
