5th Annual FTA Drug and Alcohol Program National Conference
FTA will be hosting the 5th Annual Drug and Alcohol National Conference on March 16 - 18, 2010.

This FREE three-day conference will include speakers from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Office of the Secretary's Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC), FTA auditors, FTA Drug and Alcohol Management Information System (MIS) Program and Newsletter staff, the Transportation Safety Institute (TSI), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and professionals from the DOT Drug and Alcohol testing industry (including a Medical Review Officer, Substance Abuse Professional, Urine Collector, Breath Alcohol Technician, and representatives from state DOTs, and both rural and large transit systems).

Note: The first day of the conference, Tuesday, March 16th, consists of an all-day session for Beginner Drug and Alcohol Program Managers (DAPMs) and two Reasonable Suspicion sessions. Only those individuals who are pre-registered and confirmed may attend. The opening remarks and the rest of the sessions begin on Wednesday, March 17th.

FTA will be offering Policy Review services again this year. Please fill out the policy checklist available online and bring that and your policy to the Policy Review booth for a more thorough review.


Need help entering your 2009 MIS data online? Bring your reports and questions to the MIS booth for reporting assistance.
