Dr. Carol J. Law
Dr. Law is a Nationally Certified Substance Abuse Program
Administrator with over 25 years experience in the mental
health and substance abuse fields. She is a consultant to
corporations, organizations, and communities. Dr. Law is
listed in “Who’s Who Among Human Service Professionals” and
“Who’s Who Among American Women.” The President’s Drug
Advisory Council and other government agencies have
recognized programs implemented by Dr. Law.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the
Community Drug and Alcohol Council and was appointed by
Governor Jeb Bush to serve on his Ex-Offender Task Force.
Dr. Law also served on the committee that wrote the
certifying exam for Third Party Administrators given by the
Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association and has
instructed certification classes for the Substance Abuse
Program Administrators’ Certification Commission.
Dr. Law is a well-respected and frequent speaker on
topics pertaining to drug-free workplaces, human resources,
and employee/supervisor development.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a
Master of Arts degree in Gerontology, and a Doctoral Degree
in Counseling Psychology. She attended Upsala College,
Rutgers Graduate School, and Columbia Pacific University.
Dr. Law has also completed continuing education programs at
the University of Florida, UCLA, and Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Law is the president of Drug Free Workplaces, Inc.,
which she founded in 1992. The company provides quality drug
testing, policy development, medical review and education
services to companies throughout the United States.
