George Y. Gilpatrick II
Mr. Gilpatrick is managing partner at Cahill Swift, LLC,
a Boston-based consulting firm focusing on transportation
safety & security, research, and planning. He is a senior
auditor and team leader contracting to FTA, and has been
involved with the drug and alcohol audit program since 2000.
Mr. Gilpatrick is currently the principal national speaker
for the FTA drug and alcohol program.
