H. Lofgren
Mr. Lofgren is partner at Cahill Swift, LLC, a
Boston-based consulting firm focusing on transportation
safety & security, research, and planning. He is a senior
auditor and team leader contracting to FTA, and has been
involved with the drug and alcohol audit program since 2002.
Mr. Lofgren is responsible for major drug and alcohol
program innovations used around the country today, and is
the creator of numerous web-based program management tools.
He lives in Minneapolis and when he’s not auditing, he likes
to fly fish.
