John B. Morrison
Mr. Morrison is partner at Cahill Swift, LLC, a
Boston-based consulting firm focusing on transportation
safety & security, research, and planning. As senior
managing auditor, Mr. Morrison has been involved with the
FTA drug and alcohol audit program since its inception in
1998 and is a policy advisor to the USDOT. John is a
national speaker, and has participated in hundreds of drug
and alcohol evaluations around the country.
