3rd Annual FTA Drug and Alcohol Program National Conference

Kimberly A. Dunham

Ms. Dunham serves as Coordinator of the Connecticut Statewide Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium. On behalf of the Connecticut Department of Transportation, the Consortium provides its members with drug and alcohol testing, laboratory, Medical Review Officer, and Substance Abuse Professional services in addition to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. The Consortium serves more than 2500 safety sensitive employees statewide.

Ms. Dunham is responsible for program oversight and collaboration amongst service providers, the Department of Transportation, nearly seventy member locations including major urban and rural transit districts, municipal Dial-A-Ride programs, and private operators of vehicles funded with Section 5307 funding. She monitors member location and service provider regulatory compliance as well as coordinates training content, a quarterly newsletter and other standardized resources.

Additionally, Ms. Dunham is Chief Financial Officer of the Greater Hartford Transit District and provides Administration oversight of a statewide Transit District Insurance Consortium.
