Linda De Herrera
Linda De Herrera is the Substance Abuse/Office Services Manager for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Denver, Colorado. She has over 28 years of experience in providing mass transit.
Ms. De Herrera has been in the field of workplace substance abuse testing for thirteen years.
Ms. De Herrera is an instructor for the Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) which conducts training in Substance Abuse Management and Program Compliance for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Ms. De Herrera also provides reasonable suspicion and refresher training for all supervisors and managers at the RTD.
Ms. De Herrera currently holds an Associates Degree from Red Rocks community college in Denver and is in the process of pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree.
