Revisions to the Implementation Guidelines |
Follow the instructions below to update your existing copy of the
Implementation Guidelines for Drug and Alcohol Regulations in Mass Transit.
These revisions update the August 2002 version of the Implementation
Guidelines to the November 2003 version. |
Chapter 1
Remove the contact information that begins on page 1-11 and replace with updated
contact information. |

New FTA and FMCSA regulation comparison. Print and add to the Sample
Documentation section of Chapter 2; insert after page 2-28. |

Chapter 10
New Drug and Alcohol Testing MIS forms. Remove old forms from the Sample
Documentation section, replace with the new Drug and Alcohol Testing MIS Data
Collection form (OMB No. 2105-0529). |

updated/revised regulatory information. |
